Former service building now cottage. C18, altered in C20. Red and brown brick
with hipped, plain-tiled roof. Single storey with attic to left hand return
front under hipped, 2-light sash dormer. Late C19 stacks to rear left and front
right. Brick dentilled eaves. Entrance front at right angles to street facing
south:- two round-headed casement windows to right and one to left of round-arched,
half-glazed door. Left hand return front:- (facing street) Single 12-pane sashes
flank double 15-pane sashes to centre. One round-arched and one square sash window
to rear. Single storey asbestos roofed wing at right angles to rear not of special
interest.
