An adjacent large Victorian mansion was demolished and the present building, originally the main house and then demoted to servants' wing, is being restored as a residence. Early C18. 2 storeys, 11 windows. 3-bay slightly projecting pedimented centre with modillion cornices. Red brick with stone dressings. Main walls now stuccoed but brick parapets remain. 1st floor band, plinth, end pilasters and moulded cornice. Impost band and key blocks to round arched ground floor openings in centre. Slated roof (tiled behind) with shaped south gable end. Coade stone relief of Diana in pediment medallion. 1st floor centre window a long casement opening to a former balustraded porch which is to be replaced. Octagonal wood clock tower, with pointed roof and vane, on ridge. Sash windows with vertical bars, segment headed on rear elevation.
