House, now offices. Early C19 with C20 alterations. Sandstone blocks laid in
courses with yellow brick dressings and low pitched, hipped slate roof. C20
brick refacing on basement storey; rendered stack and quoins. Two storeys over
basement with bracketed eaves and end stacks to rear. Three bays across with
three 16-pane glazing-bar sash windows on the first floor, some with old glass.
Two 16-pane sash windows on the ground floor; all under gauged brick heads and
with brick surrounds. Two C20 cambered-head casement windows in the basement
storey. Door of 4 panels to left of centre approached up a flight of steps to
a flat-roofed porch with square piers on pedestals and with Adamesque scroll and
anthemion decoration. Further door in similar porch with panelled reveals and
trellis on one side. C20 extensions to rear not of special interest.
