6/219 Walnut Tree Cottage

GV II

Cottage. Early C17. Timber framed, underbuilt to centre and right with
whitewashed brick, brick infill above to exposed frame under plain tiled
roof. Two storeys; four framed bays with rebuilt ridge stack to right of
centre. Six casements to first floor, three on ground floor. Half glazed
door to left, main entrance to right of centre with studded door under open
gabled hood on wooden supports. Outshot to rear.

Interior: substantial framing exposed, large brick fireplace with remains
of bread oven.
