3/75 Brickfields

House. Circa 1700. Colour-washed brick to front, tile hung on return
front to left, some in fishscale banding. Plain tiled roof. Tall,
two storeys with gable lit attic. Plinth below with plat band over
ground floor and wooden eaves board. Regular front with large offset
rear stack to centre. Two leaded casement windows on each floor, each
two-light under gauged heads painted over. Central glazed door under
flat hood. Extension to left, single storey and attic under leaded
casement dormer. One casement window to ground floor under arch.
Further half glazed door to left in lower extension.

Rear: large brick chimney.
