Cottage. C18. Timber framed core with whitewashed brick front and plain tiled roof. Two storeys with large ridge stack, under corbelled top, to right. Two first floor sash windows, eight panes in two rows of four, one small similar window to ground floor left. Two twelve-pane windows, three rows of four, to right under cambered heads. Part-glazed door to left of centre in open gable porch on tree trunk supports.
Interior: deep fireplace to ground floor right.
