Brewhouse and Woodyard. 1848 by William Cubitt. Incised render with wooden eaves
to hipped slate roof. 2 storeys. Rectangular with three bays either side of
central, arched, carriage entrance. Thermal windows with glazing bars to first
floor. Double planked garage doors to ground floor under glass pentice roof extending
across the whole front on iron scroll twists. Glazed thermal window to centre over
arched passage with inscribed keystone. Pediment to top with wooden cupola above
under felt roof.
Rear: brick with rendered plat band over ground floor, lunette window in centre
pediment.
