Mid C19. Yellow brick, three storey, four windows and two blank panels. Slates, eaves soffit. Ground floor, stucco with Doric pilasters and continuous entablature. Sash windows, with glazing bars and flat arches. Entrances with oblong fanlights. Rounded corner at St John's Street, with two slender cast iron columns or shafts, in front of splayed entrance. Plinth. No 10, three-panel door.

Nos 10 and 12 form a group with the Round House, St John's Street.
