South elevation has one 1st floor original mullioned window with iron bars to left and original leaded light to right. Large ground floor window with wooden shutter in quoined surround. Plank door. East elevation has 2 mullioned windows and one window with brick surround. 2 plank doors. Interior has early C18 fireplace with cambered arch and copper to one side. Central staircase with late C18 6-panelled door at base. The farmhouse replaces an older manor house. A datestone with the initials IF 1745 found buried near the Brewhouse-Dairy probably relates to the previous farmhouse but may be an indication of the date of this building.
