Formerly Nos 61-63 Upper St James's Street.
Early C19 2 storeys. Nos 62 and 63 with attics, grey headers red brick
window dressings to Nos 62, 63. 2 windows No 61, one each Nos 62, 63, recessed
sash, block sills, No 61 has stucco surrounds. Tiled roofs, Nos 62 and 63 had
a gable each originally but No 63 has been modernised. No 62 retains attic
window. The Cranbourne Arms (No 61) has a modillion eaves cornice.
