Former farmhouse. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Tiiiber-furled, of heavy
large trailing with large braces to first floor. Infill, some underbuildinq and
left return side of colourwashed brick; right return side rebuilt in C20 brick.
Plain-tile roof; Cl9 blue brick left end and ridge stacks. 3-unit plan. 2
storeys, 3-window range. Ground floor has C20 porch with hipped roof between
third and fourth bays, with half-glazed door in right return side and C19 plank
door Inside. C20 two-light casements with glazing bars throughout. Interior has
sage exposed framing, broad stop-chamfered and run-out chamfered ceiling beams,
and some old joists.
