House, now social activities centre. c.1830-1840; small C19 addition set back on
right. Later additions to rear. Flemish bond brick, with painted moulded wood
cornice. Plain-tile roof; brick end stacks. Central staircase plan. 2 storeys;
3-window range; one-window addition. Symmetrical main range. Recessed plain C20
door. Painted moulded wood doorcase has reeded pilaster strips; entablature has
moulded lozenges above pilasters, and 3 larger horizontally-set lozenges. Thin
pediment. 16-pane and central 12-pane sashes have painted rusticated rendered
flat arches with keyblocks. Addition in similar style has C20 door, and
overlight. Interior not inspected.
