Early C19 in similar style to No 23 but taller. Yellow brick, Welsh slated roof
with bracketed cornice. 3 storeys; 3 sash windows with glazing bars, outer 2nd
floor windows 2 light, all under stucco keyblocks and lintels. Doric stucco porch
with blocking course above entablature.
