1878 by William Butterfield in Gothic style. Red brick with stone dressings and
bands. Gabled Welsh slated roof. On right up steps, segmental headed doorway under
Gothic relieving arch. 2 storeys, ground floor 3 light, 1 1st floor 2-light, windows
between buttresses. 3 large gabled dormers, 3-light with broad transoms, pointed
arches, mullions. Brick and stone chimneys. Projecting gable on left. Some medieval
stained glass.
