A mill-house of late medieval origin, embellished in the C18 and subsequently. Sandstone ashlar, stone eaves conrice. Steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends. Two storeys. Two archways, one blocked and in the other the water-wheel in position. An arcaded balcony supported on iron posts across part of facade. Also small balcony to east supported on brackets with canopy over. Elliptical arches to openings, modern two-light casements with leaded panes and modern plank doors.
