C19, or possibly earlier. 3 storeys. Ashlar. Pantiled roof. Parapet
on gable end to right with kneeler. Windows grouped 3-2-3 on upper 2 storeys,
and 2-2-1 on ground-floor. All windows have chamfered and moulded edges,
and continuous sills. Ground-floor windows are protected by iron bars.
Doorway offset to right. Plain wooden door of 4-panels. Included for
group value at west end of a range of houses set back from Church Street.

All the listed buildings in Church Street the Chantry Little Chantry,
Barton Orchard and the Catholic Church of St Thomas More, Market Street
form a group with Nos 7 and 9 to 19 Barton Orchard, Nos 5 and 6 and 27
to 31 (consec) and wall Newtown.
