Garden Seat. 1740s for Francis Yerbury. Coursed and dressed limestone. Elliptical
shape with scrolled ends. Part of the garden bounded by the ha-ha (q.v.) and
including the grotto (q.v.), temple (q.v.) and Gothick cottage (q.v.: situated to W
of ha-ha) which Francis Yerbury created to the west of Belcombe Court (q.v.) in the
1740s.
