Mid-late C18, altered early C19. 2 storeys rendered, ashlar plinth, moulded
drip over ground floor. 3 windows on 1st floor, 2 windows on ground floor,
glazing bar sashes with moulded wooden architraves. Projecting central mid-C19
porch with segmental entrance and round headed side windows. Fine 6 panel
(raised and fielded) door. Old tile roof with brick gable end chimneys.
Rubble return to road with gabled extensions. 1 dormer. This house is behind
Nos 12 and 13 and is reached by a narrow passage of flagstones with pitched
cobbles on either side. The front garden is closed by dwarf walls with spear
head railings and dog rails having brick gate piers with moulded capping.
The gate from street has lotus standards and plain overthrow.
