GV II

Semi-detached house. Late C18 with mid C19 rear range. Rendered
brick, tiled roof, brick stacks. Parallel-range plan. Two storey,
3-windowed; sashes. Central 6-panelled door with fanlight in
moulded round-arched surround, 4-pane flush sash with keystone to
either side. First floor has three 4-pane sashes. Chamfered
rusticated quoins to right corner of front. Left return has glazed
door and C20 casements to first floor, C20 wooden fire escape.
Rear has margin-pane French windows, glazed door and 2-light
casement to ground floor, first floor has three 4-pane sashes with
keystones.
Interior has central stairs with stick balusters, wreathed handrail
and shaped cheeks to treads, elliptical arches between front and
rear ranges, front has 6-panelled doors, rear has 4-panelled doors
in moulded architraves, internal window shutters.
