Detached cottage. C17, rebuilt C20. Limestone rubble stone with
some English bond brick and chalk block, half-hipped thatched roof
with axial brick stack. Single-storey and attic, 4-window. C20
half-glazed door to rebuilt brick front left, two segmental-headed
casements to right; one in blocked doorway, two 2-light casements
to right hand rubble stone part. Two eyebrow dormers to attic with
single-light and 2-light casement. Left return has 2-light attic
casement. Right return has 2-light attic casement; rubble stone
wall. Rear C20 lean-to extension. Interior has blocked open
fireplace and chamfered beam in north part.
