A C16-C17 timber-framed and plastered building with a tiled roof and a large square central chimney stack. Two storeys. The upper storey is jettied on the whole front on exposed joists. Two window range of modern casements with leaded lights. Renovated.

This building is said to have been at one time, an inn "The Conquering Hero".
