L-shaped with additional wings. West house, entrance front on return,
west, Cl8, 4 window range of flush frame sashes with glazing bars, moulded
wood eaves cornice, 2 gabled attic dormers, attached chimney shaft north
end. 2 doorcase with flat hoods, south, and street front refaced in C19
Suffolk brick. Included for Group Value.

West House and Nos 60 to 54 (consec) form a group.
All the listed buildings on the North - West Side, The King's Head PH
and The Transport Cafe, Bulmer Road form a group.
