An early C19 stuccoed brick house. 2 storeys. 2 window range, wide double-hung
sashes with glazing bars, in moulded stucco architraves. A 6-panel door with
a plain rectangular fanlight has a wood doorcase with a cornice on console
brackets. Roof slate, with a dentilled eaves cornice.
Nos 30A and 32 form a group with Nos 37 and 39.
