An early C19 grey gault brick house which, although it is numbered in Neale Street, is visually part of Fonnereau Road. 2 storeys. 4 window range,
double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals, with stucco cornice
lintels. The centre windows are paired, flanked by wide 2 storeyed brick
bows, each with one window range. Central paired doors have stucco architraves
and cornices. The east front has 2 two storeyed 3-light bays. A wing extends
at the rear, red brick and grey gault brick, with 2 window range. Roofs
slate.

Nos 17 and 19 form a group with Nos 31 and 33 Fonnereau Road.
