Farmhouse. Early C18 with mid-C19 alterations. Red brick with ashlar
dressings; slate roof; verge parapets with ball finials; end stack
to left. 'L'-shaped plan made square with lower infill wing. 2 storeys
and attic. Rusticated quoins; 3-window front; glazing bar sashes to
ground and first floor (ground floor left now a casement), with rusticated
voussoir heads and enlarged keystones; moulded archtrave to centre first
floor window, ramped up to keystone; gabled half-dormers with C20 case-
ments over sash ranges; central entrance with moulded architraves and
bracket pediment; 6-panel door. 5-light, 4-transom stair window to wing
at rear.
