Cottage. Early C18. Coursed ironstone rubble, thatch roof, brick ridge stacks,
one on stone base. 3-unit through-passage plan. 1 storey and attic; 5-window
range. Front to garden has plank door to right in C20 gabled porch. Irregular
fenestration of 1, 2 and 3-light casement windows. 2 eyebrow dormers with
2-light windows. All with timber lintels. Bay to left an addition (straight
joint). C20 1-window addition to right of door. One 3-light stone mullion window
to rear and blocked door. Quoins. Interior: open fireplace and stop-chamfered
spine beams.
