House, now offices. c1855, with late C19 additions and C20 alterations. Stucco with hipped slate roof and large coped ridge stack and smaller coped gable stack. Plinth, first floor band, panelled angle pilasters, deep eaves with shaped brackets. Slightly projecting centre, single window. 2 storeys; 3 window range of 12 pane sashes. Outer windows have small balconies on brackets, with pierced parapets. Below, central portico with rebated square piers, enriched frieze, bracketed cornice and pierced parapets. To right, a set back wing with a single 12 pane sash on each floor. Right return, to street, has a pedimented gable to left with, to right, a stone doorcase with pilasters and cornice and 4-panel door with overlight. Left return has three 12 pane sashes, the left one larger. Below, to left, a canted stone bay window with cornice and C20 glazing. To right, a 2-light casement. INTERIOR not inspected.
