Cottage. C17 with C18 and C20 additions. Timber
framed with brick infill and painted and cement
rendered brick additions; clay tile roof; brick
stacks with diagonal shafts. Lobby entry plan.
1 storey and attics; 2 timber framed bays to left
of 3 square panels up to eaves and short straight
braces; 1 gabled 2 light dormer and one 3 light
window; 1 central brick bay with dentilled eaves
course, one 2 light gabled dormer, one 4 light
window and a gabled porch; C20 lean to extension
to right. All windows are C20 casements with lead
lattice work. Interior: Inglenook fireplace;
tim ber framed chimney breast; exposed floor beams
and wall framing.
