C16 or earlier. Timber frame with early C19 red brick front. Right hand end
of front stuccoed. Steep pantile roof with hipped north end, brick dentil eaves;
2 storeys. Five windows. Sashes with glazing bars. Right hand glazed door
in moulded doorcase. Left hand round-headed doorway with panelled door.
North end, facing Holt Road: plastered, 1st floor jettied; late C19 sash on each
floor; ground floor very small stone single-light cusped window, C15 or C16;
painted flint outshut at rear.
Rear wing along Holt Road: mid-late C19; flint with brick dressings; metal frame
multi-pane windows some with gothic lights; pantile roof; plain carriageway.
Grade II* for group value.
