C17/18. Probably originally a barn, but now a dwelling. Flint and brick.
Pantile roof with brick coping to north gable end facing road. At right angles
to road. South end of roof hipped; 2 storeys. Ten bays. Modern 2 and 3-light
casements with leaded panes, ground floor in segmental-headed openings. End
facing road has modern oriel. Lean-to along west side.
Wall adjoining north-east of Quay Barn along The Quay. Probably C19. Flint
cobbles, rising to about 9 ft high, with modern gates. Included for group value.
