Mid C19 lodge. Pebbledashed render on brick. Old clay tile roof. L-plan.
One storey and attics. Carved bargeboards and drop finials. N. elevation:
projecting wing to left hand side has large gabled, open-sided porch with
baluster posts. W. wing has attic gabled oriel winnow with pointed arched
lattice casement. Ground floor 5-light lattice casement with pointed arched
timber mullions. W. gable end: stone recessed panel containing arms of the
Higgins family. Ground floor canted bay window with scalloped timber valance.
