Early to mid C19, Italianate villa style. Ashlar and cement rendering, Welsh
slate roof. 2 storeys, chamfered quoins, entablature with dentil cornice. Projecting
central block with parapet, 1st floor pair of sashes in architrave surrounds,
ground floor right hand canted bay window, LH later casement in original pedimented
surround. Recessed wings with ground floor Roman Doric 2 arch arcades in front
of arched window and door with fanlight, 1st floor balconies with pierced ornamental
parapet, pairs of small arched sashes with pilasters, archivolts and keystones.
Projecting outer surround, LH C19 canted bay. Recessed end wings: RH ground
floor door with fanlight, 1st floor pair of small arched windows, floor level
entablature; LH single storey with similar doorway.

Nos 6 to 10 (consec) form a group with Eastgate House, Derngate.
