Early C18. 2 storeys and attics in coursed dressed stone with raised quoins, eaves
cornice and plinth with moulded coping. Steep stone slate roof with 2 flat-topped
dormers and 2 stone chimney stacks. Band between the storeys, 3 windows to 1st
floor early sashes with heavy glazing bars, wide moulded wooden cases, shallow
reveals, stone lintels with cut lower edge and fluted keystones. Simple
doorway with similar head.

All the listed buildings on the west side of North Street form a group .
