House and outbuildings, now house and studio, Late C17 and C18/C19. Squared
coursed limestone and ironstone with Collyweston slate roof. 2-unit plan, now
L-shape. Single storey with attic. Elevation to Church Street has gable end to
right with an irregular 2-window range of C20 casements under wood lintels. Bay
to right is probably C19. Central brick stack. Rear elevation has a 2-window
range of C19 and C20 casements under wood lintels. C20 glazed porch at
intersection of ranges. Cart entrance to centre of rear range. C20 dormer window
to studio to far left. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
