House. Early C17, C18 and mid C19. Regular coursed and squared coursed limestone
with Collyweston slate roof. Originally, probably, 2-unit plan. Single storey
with attic, and 2 storeys. One-window range, to left, is original house with
canted bay window to ground floor; having a Collyweston slate roof. Eaves
dormer with casement window to attic. Large brick and stone stack at end.
2-window range, attached to right, is mid C19. Sash windows with glazing bars
with ashlar dressings and stone lintels, with keyblocks. C20 door to left of
this range has similar surround and rectangular fanlight. Stone stack at end.
Interior: room to left of entrance has open fireplace with bressumer. Used for a
time as the Bluebell Public House.
