House and cottage. C17/C18. Coursed ironstone rubble; thatched roof, flanking
stone stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 4 bays. Doorway to right of centre has wood
lintel, 2-panel door and C20 gabled timber porch flanked by C19 canted bay
windows. 2-light windows on first floor have wood lintels and wood mullion and
transom with leaded panes. Coped gable ends with kneelers. Interior not
inspected. Cottage to right, probably former granary, originally detached, now
connected to house by C20 brick extension. C17/C18, Coursed ironstone rubble,
thatched roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Doorway in second bay from right has wood
lintel and plank door. 2-light casement window to right with wood lintel, two
similar windows to left. Stone steps on right side to doorway on first floor.
Interior not inspected.
