Ashlar with moulded eaves cornice. Slate roof with raised verges, hipped to Percy
Terrace; 5 ashlar chimneys. Glazing bar sash windows (No 3 with modern casements)
with moulded architraves and cill blocks. Doorways to right with moulded reveals;
No 1 Percy Terrace has door to left. Nos 3 and 5 have modern doors; No 1 Lisburn
Street and No 1 Percy Terrace have 6 panel doors.
