Cottage, now part of farmhouse, and farm buildings. Late C18 and early C19. Dated
on possibly re-set stone on farm buildings
ER

for Edward Roddam. Random rubble with dressed stone window and door surrounds.
Welsh slate roof. A single range of 2-storey buildings including one double-storey
barn and byres and stables with granaries over. Stone outside stairs to granary.
Shallow relieving arches over two ground floor doors and one 1st floor window.
