1864. Phillip Webb, Architect. Simple Gothic style. One storey. Red
brick and grey headers. Tiled roof. Gable to road with simple unchamfered
Gothic arch. Brick dripstone. Lean-to porch on each side. Window with
central mullion and 3 transoms, glazing bars intact. Stone lintels to doorways.
Gables at end to left and right with similar windows. Chimneys with offsets.
Right hand gable has chimney rising from it. Sash windows at rear.
