MARTINEAU LANE 1. 5204 Bachelor's Bump TQ 81 SW 2/428 Guestling Lodge Hotel II 2. Circa 1840 in Tudor style. Ashlar. Slate roofs. 2 storeys. 3 bays. Centre recessed with small gabled 1st floor window. Outside bays project and gabled. All gables with shaped and pierced bargeboards. Windows with drip-moulds, ground floor 2 canted bays, all casements with 4-centred headed lights. Single storey right hand wing cement rendered. 2 storey entrance addition on left end of circa 1930. Interior with fireplace with shafted pilasters, naturalistic carving, painted shields and pointed arch. Guestling Lodge Hotel shall be amended to read No 7 (Guestling Lodge)
