This pair of houses date from about 1840, though they are called "Regency
House" and "Regency Villa" respectively. 3 storeys, stuccoed. Slate
roof. Cornice with consoles. Each house has a curved bay window of
5 narrow lights on all floors. The 1st floor windows have hoods over them
and an iron balcony supported by 4 stuccoed Doric columns on the ground
floor, 1 on each side of the bow window. Plain semi-circular fanlights
to doors.
