House. Early C19. Stuccoed and rusticated on ground floor, channelled
on first floor, with platband between. Wooden eaves soffit to Slate
roof with two stacks at right end. 2 storeys; single window front,
glazing bar sashes, segment-headed on ground floor. Panelled door
with glazed toplights to left, in wooden pilastered surround with flat
cornice hood on brackets over. Included for group value.
