GV II

House, now offices. Early C19. Stuccoed and rusticated on ground floor.
String-courses over ground and first floors and cornice to parapet hiding
roof. 3 storeys and basement; 3 window front, glazing bar sashes, on
first floor in arcaded recesses with half-H aprons below windows.
Outer first floor bays with cast-iron window baskets, central window
block with shutters. Central arched entrance with panelled door, arched
overlight and panelled reveals. Doric columned surround with entablature
hood with Greek key moulded frieze. Spearhead railings either side of
entrance, surrounding area.
