Garden walls and gates to front of Tilford House. C18. Coursed sandstone blocks with
brick bonding courses, dressings and buttresses. Brick coping to top and gate piers
to right. Approximately 4 foot high and extending across the front of the house from
the entrance to the former coach-house to double wooden gates in Chippendale Chinese
pattern. Paired gates between square gate piers approximately 5 foot high with wall
returning towards house on left.
