GV II

House and workshop, mid C19. Roughly-coursed rubble with cut quoins and
dressings; Welsh slate roof with stacks rebuilt in yellow brick on old bases.
2 storeys, 3 + 3 bays. House to left has central 6-panel door with 4-pane
overlight in chamfered alternating-block surround; 12-pane sash windows with
tooled lintels and slightly-projecting sills. Workshop to right has Yorkshire
sash windows with blacksmiths' glazing. Coped gables with moulded kneelers;
corniced left end and ridge stacks; shaped hexagonal gable finial to right.

Right return shows boarded attic window. Rear elevation shows contemporary
outshut to house and boarded windows to workshop.
