Cottage. Probably mid C19. Random rubble with ashlar dressings and Welsh
slate roof. Single storey. Alternating quoins, the top and bottom ones larger.
Doorway with canted head. Door and windows have similar flat raised surrounds
with keystones and the surround broadening out at each corner. 2-light mullioned
windows with 8-pane sashes in each light. Gabled roof with flat coping and 2
stone corniced gable stacks.

C20 additions left and right not of special interest.
