House, C18 brick, pebbledashed at front, colourwashed, hipped
slate roof with stone hips. Stone plinth and sills, 2 side wall
stacks; 2 storeys, 2 bays, L plan, entered from rear. Front has
central blocked doorway flanked by single glazing bar sashes;
above 2 similar sashes. At rear, C20 brick lean-to porch with
pantiled roof; 5 2 light casements, C19 and C20; 5 C20 glazing
bar casements. Outside, ornamental C19 cast-iron railing with
matching gateposts and gate to right. To left, pair of octagonal
stone gatepiers with octagonal bases and pointed octagonal caps.
