Outbuilding, mid-C18. Coursed stone with dressings; stone slate roof. I storey,
3 bays. Bay 1 has blocked door with inserted 6-pane sash to left; bays 2 and 3 inserted 6-pane sash to left; bays 2 and 3 each have boarded door in alternating-block surround, with small slatted window in tooled-and-margined surround to left. Gabled right return shows boarded double doors under timber lintel with boarded pitching door in stone surround above.
Rear elevation has boarded door in irregular tooled-and-margined block surround,
and 6-pane casement.
