Lodge, dated 1861, probably by Dobson. Coursed stone with ashlar dresings,
high-pitched Welsh slate roof. Neo-Tudor style. 1½ storeys, 3 bays. Gabled
central bay slightly projecting with canted extruded porch to right. Boarded
door. 1, 2- and 3-light iron-latticed casement windows (except for sashes on
left -return); all openings in chamfered surrounds. Stone coped gables, stepped
ridge stacks.
