2/53 Farnsfield Hall Lodge and attached wall and gateway

Lodge and attached wall and gateway. Early C19. Ashlar and cement render. Lodge. Hipped slate roof with wide eaves overhang. Single central rendered ridge stack. One and a half storeys, 3 bays. Central doorway with panelled door and moulded surround. Open porch with hipped slate roof supported on 2 piers. Either side are single glazing bar cross casements. Above, single central blind panel flanked by single glazing bar casements. The road front has a single blind panel on each floor, that on the first floor being smaller. Projecting from the right is a coped ashlar wall, set on a plinth in parts, 2 metres high, extending for a single metre eastwards where it is broken by a small gateway with wooden gate. The wall extends for a further 2 metres then curves inwards with central large gateway with wooden gate flanked by single rusticated and coped piers. The wall extends a further 2 metres, slopes down and terminates.
